Loving-Kindness

The ability to bring joy and happiness to yourself and others.  

  • Be sure to take care of yourself first, you can't take care of anyone else if you aren't well 

  • Wellness includes physical, mental and spiritual- when all 3 are aligned you can only then be your best self

  • Start your day with love and kindness to self, and an affirmation to carry this into your day for others

  • You become who and what you read and surround yourself with-be mindful of this in your everyday interactions

  • Be thoughtful in the words you choose- especially the words you tell yourself

  • Be diligent in your actions do them thoroughly and to the best of your ability

  • The Beatles spoke it best..."All You Need is Love"
