     Be true to yourself and live your own authentic life.  You are the only person standing in your own way.  Becoming your best self begins with waking up each day and living in each moment.  Make prayer and meditation be the first thing that you do.  Give thanks for all the blessings you already have.  You are responsible for your own health and well-being.  The foods you put into your body, the movement you incorporate into your day, the words you speak about yourself and others, and the people you choose to surround yourself with all contribute to your health, happiness and well-being.  This is the first day of the rest of your life.  Make it count!
