Green Detox Refresher

Ingredients:

1-2 kiwi fruit (peeled and sliced-can omit if you don't like kiwi)

1/2 cup fresh pineapple chunks (can use frozen)

1 inch piece of fresh ginger (peeled and sliced)

1 lemon (juiced)

Handful of fresh kale/spinach

Handful of fresh wheat grass

1 T chia seeds

8 oz filtered water

Several ice cubes

Add all ingredients to a blender and mix for 1-2 minutes (start on low and move up to high speed) until well blended. Enjoy!
