Peanut Butter & Banana Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 large banana
2 T natural peanut butter (can substitute any nut butter)
1 cup cashew milk (or any vegan milk-my favorites are cashew, almond and oat)
1 t local honey
2 T chia seeds
Handful of ice cubes
Add all ingredients to a blender and mix for 1-2 minutes until well blended. If you would like more protein, then you can always add in a scoop of plant protein powder as well. This smoothie is great for a sweet craving and kids love it too:)
